Buyer Story: There's No "I" in Team

New Homeowners

Today’s buyer story is one of those times in life where the outcome feels meant to be. I met Bill and Wanda because they were interested in my listing at 8814 Luna Ave. in Morton Grove. They had done their homework, and it felt like they knew that this property would be their home almost from the start.

But of course, just to make sure, we saw four or five other properties...and then circled back to Luna. Just another case for doing your homework in advance! We got the deal done, and the whole process continued to flow from there. From Bill: “Even as experienced home buyers, buying a home is always a stressful time. Paul’s responsiveness was exactly what we needed.”

Bill and Wanda also hired the rest of my team to support them throughout the buying process. “Our mortgage officer, Alex, was so on top of everything. And Connie our lawyer was fantastic! She would literally respond to emails within a few minutes,” according to Bill.

While there is nothing earth shattering about Bill and Wanda’s home sale, it’s transactions like these that are my favorite: my team functioned seamlessly, and we have happy clients shaking our hands at the closing table. It’s clients like Bill and Wanda that make me love my job!
